As the spring rolls in, we again take into consideration hopes both old and new. It is the beginning of a cycle or the chance to break out of one. The latter is especially scary this year. With an unstable economy, the country in recession, and job security at an all time low, it's not hard to get swept into a downward spiral of fear. Or maybe it's not so much a spiral as another cycle. However circumstances are on the outside, your mind and soul are your own, and control over your cycle is no illusion. You choose whether to be a slave to it or to master it. So do something courageous: choose.
